We wanted to spy on the toll road repair so we headed to Mirador yesterday. Binoculars helped.

Yep Udo, even with binoculars it was heard to tell what was going on. I'm no engineer or architect though. The guy "guarding" the Mirador and

I can see the site across the bay from my home in Punta Banda using my 60x telescope but can't tell what's going on.
