Hi Amigos,

My GF desperately wants to go horseback riding while we are in La Paz in May. Any suggestions on where to rent horses?

aloha,

Andrew

Friends have visited this place a few times. They liked it.

U2U me back. My wife takes people out anytime they want to go. We will be gone for a couple of days at the end of May.

Happy Trails

And you can stop at the Caffe El Triunfo on the way there or back for a meal!

Ride on the beach, ride in the canyons, long as you want.

The owners are well known in the area and are good friends of our good friends. They have a really nice place there and I think you'd enjoy a visit. The horseback riding was pretty amazing...those ponies go where mankind fears to tread!

Hope you two your La Paz adventure. I am looking forward to your reports as I haven't explored the city much due to windsurfing too much over the past few years. This year's winter winds could be much calmer, though with El Niņo hovering nearby. That could make for lots of down time to go discovering!
