Problems
I have first hand knowledge of an individual in Punta Banda who had a CA DL and a SD vehicle registration at the time of renewal.
CBP told her to either get a SD DL or a CA registration before they would renew the SENTRI.
She went to CA and obtained vehicle registration, CBP then renewed her SENTRI

I'll read my Nook, smile as I wait in line and save five hundred dollars a year. The "high liability zip code penalty" for insurance is incredible.

I think this horse has been beat to death here.
I would do a search and you will find all of the reasons why you can't do it.

not only is it problem for Sentri its a problem for Law enforcement in CA
Cant see any good reason why you can't get matching DL&Reg
