If you are going to be fishing out of Punta Banda/ La Jolla camp you can get your license at Vonny's Fleet.

I've been going to the Tourist office on the left side of the Malecon on the corner of Ave de las rocas. They are open on weekends and as long as you

If you will be fishing at SQ, BOLA or any place further south you can get a license here:
