Last time we were visiting I saw this ship for the first time. My first thought it was for the failing Escalera Nautica, half joking. (for loading
boats onto a flatbed/trailer). Anyone know the story?

That barge was brought in by Antonio Paganeen (sp?) and used to transport stuff over to Pescador beach where he is building some large Palapas. It
leaked and sank right there where you see it and probably will remain there until someone cuts it up and hauls it off for scrap. Antonio is the
Mexican land developer that has the 85' yacht anchored in the bay.

2 more palapas in the bay of Isla Pescador? I wonder where those are going to be. Some years ago they indeed added 2 palapas, I would say a mid-size,
in the North end of the bay. Cabins were spanning the South half of the bay, and 2 added palapas in the North end are quite a ways from the cabins. I
think the plan was to make the entire bay look kinda "occupado" so as to discourage casual boaters from landing, and I can understand them.
