Jeeez! if that is a real pic and it is McMillin crew, I would have thought after all the years spent in Baja they would have more Respect than that :?:

It happens all the time in Baja races - the car spooks a cow/horse/other and they freak out. I'm certain the driver was taking evasive action (steering, braking) until he was clear of the animal.

Or said differently: zero intent on the driver's part.

Some moto racers have some empathy for that poor horse.....being chased by 500 crazy horses hell-bent on passing everything in sight
