If Going to San Felipe, what is the best xing north and south
? The new east one or the old one in Mexicali?

Going south, the old one, because it puts you on a straight shot onto Hwy 5.

This is good advice :-) I like to stay in the middle lane when ENTERING Mexicalli.....for the first few miles. Those parked cars and a corner turn
down "yonder" can be scary
