It is not as if the weather models have gotten any Eastern Pacific tropical system correct yet this year, but they keep on keeping on.
I bring this up when watching what appears to be a very confused ITCZ, and what one model has a development that appears to funnel up the SOC around
the 4th.
Anyway they are seeing something form, how strong it gets and where it goes is anybody's guess.
