What is the latest update on Benito Juarez/Calle Segunad street work in Tijuana? Are they completed yet or when getting off toll road going back into
Tijuana are street repairs still a mess?

Just got my answer to this since nobody knew here and it appears they still have a lot to do on this street repair. Thus, it probably is better
leaving Rosarito going to Tijuana for the border to USA to use the Free Road. Doing this it is easy to just take the Rosarito Norte exit off toll
road leaving Rosarito. Take Care & Travel Safe--------"No Hurry, No Worry, Just FUN" bajafun777

Use the Corredor 2000 for either Otay or Tecate from South Rosarito... (Popotla)... It is fast, easy, and good condition!
A couple weeks ago for our Old Missions lecture, we drove south from San Ysidro/ Tijuana to Rosarito using Toll Road from the new border and saw no
construction.
We came back north using the Corredor 2000 to Otay (wish we went to Tecate instead). 2 hours Sat early afternoon.

If you're heading east from the toll road, you can take 9th and 8th relatively easily:
When you head down the hill from El Mirador, make a right just before the park on La Malinche... there's a sign for Calle 9a. Then make your first
left on Popocatépetl. Follow it down and around (you'll see where the 'main drag' is) onto Prolongación Calle Parma, then onto Genova, which becomes
Ignacio Allende (9th). Make a left on San Antonio de los Buenos (Pemex on left, Oxxo on right), follow the 'main drag' until you see a big huge fork
in the road. Take the right-hand road and you're on 8th headed toward Revolución.
