Mulegena - 7-20-2014 at 04:20 PM

Sweet photos of a sweet trip.

How about a photo-tour of life in Mexicali, Arco?

Bajahowodd - 7-20-2014 at 04:59 PM

Welcome to the board, amigo.

So just how short was your trip from Mexicali to Loreto? Seems to me to be quite a long drive.

That said, I'm guessing that DK is having an orgasm over the fact that these nice people stayed at the Tourista Motel in El Rosario.:lol::lol:

TMW - 7-20-2014 at 05:25 PM

I've been to San Javier many times but never visited the olive tree. Next time for sure. It almost looks like a Hollywood Juniper with the twisted trunk.

BajaBlanca - 7-20-2014 at 07:16 PM

The water is sooooo verde! And beautiful!

Bienvenido a bajanomads, arco and I am impressed that you got the photos linked. The olive tree is amazing and I havent seen it either.

ARCO - 7-20-2014 at 07:32 PM

The olive tree is about 100 meters behind of the san javier mission, also you can find a grapevine with the same age.

saludos.

If you uploaded the pics at 800 pixels or less, use their IMG link to paste them here. It is explained on the first post in the Nomad Photo forum. Thank you for sharing!

N2Baja - 7-20-2014 at 09:35 PM

Wow, Arco, beautiful pictures. Especially the picture of the old tree. Welcome to the board; I hope you enjoy it.

ARCO - 7-21-2014 at 12:19 AM

This works to look at your trip photos:

The photos were not resized, so if they are posted directly here,it would stretch the whole page.

Nice photos ARCO!

Saludos.

bajajudy - 7-27-2014 at 07:38 AM

WOW
Great report!
I have NEVER seen a semi on the beach there

jbcoug - 7-27-2014 at 10:07 AM

I was wondering about the semi also. The road in can be tough on RV's even sometimes.

I am not sure for how long time there is pavement at the entry road, so now is easier get in there.

ncampion - 7-27-2014 at 10:38 AM

Yes, the recently upgraded entrance road makes it easy to get into now. There is even a left turn lane!
