A 20 year old trailer for $5k less than when it was new? I think possibly miss-print.capt. mike - 7-23-2014 at 12:29 PM

thx DT. thot so from the pics. a 10' wide floor would be nice. But how does one move it on the road if 10'? Here it takes an over wide load permit and
2 flag cars one up and one back.
in the retirement zones of metro phx. all started in the 60s the parks feature 10' wide trailer homes. Most have had axels removed and are more or
less permanently set.motoged - 7-24-2014 at 12:36 PM

Park model means there is no holding tanks, water or holding tank for grey or black water. Has to be hooked up to septic or sewer. Has to be plugged
into electricity, ( no generator) It is 8 ft. wide plus the 2 slide outs. And this is dollars, not pesos.
