I was just talking to my travel insurance people, OneWorldAssist, and they said they would work with the Mexican hospital to cover my expenses if I am
hospitalized there. Does anyone know if this is accurate? Any experience with this?

You should ask them what " cover my expenses " mean.
Direct payment as service occurs, not after??? reimbursement to you after you pay and submit bills??? Is an adjuster available to visit you in the
hospital???? What are allowable expenses???
And get it in writing

They said they would cover the hospital expenses as they did for me when my husband died in Hawaii. The emergency, ambulance and hospital was paid
without my being involved.

They said they would work with the hospital on my behalf to handle the billing as soon as I contacted them.
