If you're referring to ''San Lucitas" that's the 'pet' name of San Lucas Cove, 8 miles south of Sta. Rosalia.
I should say, the pet name of the village there.

I just google-earthed ''San Luquitas BCS Mexico" and it zoomed in on Cabo San Lucas; my first guess is probably what you're thinking of... any clues

Thanks buddha, I figured it was san lucas, just met some folks up here that spend 5 months in winter down there and the lady helps the village kids
