I follow two of the astronauts currently on the space station, Reid Wiseman (astro_reid) and Alexander Gerst ( astro_alex) on twitter.
If their orbit takes them over that area they'll probably post those photos.

Sunday night you can look up and see them going over, Baja Sur time. Deduct an hour for north.

.....I've seen some truckers attempt that on hwy1 ...they often seem really high
