Anyone know off the top of their head how long it takes to get from Gonzaga to Bola in a jeep on the main road? Just wondering if a day trip would be
worth it.

That's about what I figured plus the 2 hrs at Cocos. Google earth maps it around 105 miles. Average 35 mph and be there in 3 hrs. lol

Doubt if 35 mph in a stock Jeep is a valid estimate. Good suspension plus low air pressure, maybe - probably the first 5 miles out of Gonzaga you can
do that. The route, especially Coco's to Highway 1 is pretty rocky and lots of washboard.
I'm certainly not saying it isn't possible - depends on the vehicle and risk you are willing to subject the tires to. There is a tire shop where you
can air up just as you hit the paved Highway 1 - if we use his air we usually leave 5 bucks with him for the convenience of not getting our air
compressor out.
Of course once you get to the pavement you can kick it up.

35 was sarcasm, hence the lol.From cocos to chapala was about 15 mph

Cocos to Chapala is 13 miles. Do suggest dropping air to 20 psi to prevent punctures.

I have 35" tires on my jeep. I run them at 12 psi. offroad. Rides like a Cadillac .

With 35"s on jeep, 35 plus mph is realistic at 12 psi. That's how I roll. With fox reservoir's, 50 mph is smooth sailing.
