Trying to get in touch with Hugo Bojorques, he use to race a mini truck back in the mid 90's in Baja Sur. I saw him in a video racing a truck and I
believe it was the Coyote 300 (1995-ish). If anyone knows how to get a hold of him or can pass my email off to him it would be much appreciated.

He lives in Cd. Constitucion, he used to race in that mini truck
You ask, to someone in constitucion, the city is very small, someone has to know him.
I am not sure if he still with the truck.
When you arrive to constitucion from the nort, there is a hotel called maribel, turn in that corner to the left, and keep going like three blocks, you
will find a mechanic called Leonel, he used to be the mechanic of that truck.
