Los Barriles got hit pretty hard, lots of mess to clean up. Power went out around 9pm, probably won't be back on any time soon.

Does anyone know how the roads are from Cabo to Los Barriles or La Paz to Los Barriles?

Thanks!

Los Barriles Damage

I have a house is Los Barriles and I havent been able to get ahold of anyone. Does anyone know the extent of damaged? My house sits on a hill a couple miles away from the Sea of Cortez

Left Los Barriles 9/18. We got off pretty lightly in comparison. No power or cell in town but cell picked up at San Bartolo wash. Trees down but roads passable. Gas at the north Pemex with 1/2 hour lines. Road south bridge out at Caduano. No major damage to homes was visible but no real idea once you get out of town. I think the east cape fared much better than the rest of BCS

Via land line I talked with my daughter, our home just North from the Buenos Aires Arroyo, up the hill from Iguanas store was affected minimally, mostly trashed yards on all places that she checked.
