We're (my family: boys 6 and 12, my wife and I) leaving Chula Vista Nov 21st around 2pm, crossing thru Tecate to avoid the miserable and dangerous toll free road between TJ and Ensenada... staying overnight in El Rosario at Baja Cactus ($500.00 pesos/night- double bed; ph: (616) 165-8850) after breakfast at Mama Espinoza's heading down to BC to Los Naranjos -hopefully we find a vacant cabaña- :spingrin:

I'm fluent in spanish and have driven a couple of times up and down Baja...

If you're looking to caravan during the US Thanksgiving week, our family (3 younger kids) will be crossing south around 11/22-11/24 (flexible), and we wouldn't mind the company of others. Headed to Bahia Conception. We have a travel trailer. It's our 7th trip down the peninsula.
