No weather issues that aren't dealt with. Some small dirt repairs that are well marked. Wouldn't want to hit some of them at more than 20mph or so.
The stretch by Viscaino that caved in is also dirt filled but still pretty narrow. Still some potholes between Cataviña and El Rosario. Scenic road
still closed northbound. Free road N of Ensenada is in excellent shape but traffic is not light. Border wait at SY ———— 10 MINUTES at 9 AM. It's been
forever since it was that good for me.
