I have been out of town for a few months but just got back to SD and i am wanting to make a late season mission down to Bahia De Los Angeles. However,
in talking to a friend of mine he seemed to think that the place had been severely roughed up by one or two of the hurricanes that have been plaguing
the area. Is this true? Is the town still in good working order? and are the fish still biting? Not sure if i have ever heard how the hurricane
seasons effect the fishing on the Sea of Cortez side.
Any and all info would be greatly appreciated. Cheers!

Is there any truth to the news that sport fishing has been halted by the government there due to debri in the water or such? Woody, how did your digs
fare? You have a date with a tuna I do believe...

I got an email from a friend down there a couple days ago and according to her there is a lot of damage but things are slowly getting back up to
speed. There is electricity and gas but still some live wires around where homes were washed away. She also said that the water was still rather
dirty and fishing was poor. I hope to get down there next month and see how things are going.
