Hello, hopefully this will appear once, computer being weird. We will be down in March hopefully scouting out lots in the east cape. We scuba so we
have been mostly to La Paz and Cabo PUlmo. We were thinking between La Ribera and Frailles though I think Frailles area will be too $$$. We are not
familiar with La Vantana nor El Sargento. We plan to check that area out also. Off the grid is nice but not a requirement. Oceanfront is way out of
our price range but that is fine. Gates and CC& Rs need not apply. Any input and recommedations you all have would be great including
lawyers,banks,realtors. Most of my info so far has been from realtors. The areas we were thinking of seem to be $15-25000. Does this sound right??
