I have some young fire trees in the yard and after the storm some strange bugs have attacked them. ID'd one of them (the one near the top of the photo
is a Long Jawed Longhorn beetle) but don't know what the other sapsucker's name is. Anybody?
Also the Spanish name for the longhorn is Toro Jumete (sp?) -- anybody know what that means?

these are like miniature caterpillars minus the hair. black with yellow stripes. no sting. disgusting. they have even found ways to sneak into what
we thought was an impenetrable house! they have a few chosen plants that they have totally eaten and destroyed.
