Well! that explains it! One of my laptops was off by an hour.....When it moved to Colorado from Mulege it was still onsame Mountain time..But it thinks it is still in BCS so switched time on me....

It is all very confusing because if I remember correctly, Baja is on the same Daylight Savings schedule as is California --- change happens November 2.

But Baja California Sur changes with most of the rest of Mexico, the date the US used to follow, so the time there has changed --- no more Daylight Savings time.

Thus right now it is the same time in Tijuana as it is in Mulege and that will be the case until November 2.

It is almost, but not as confusing as driving through Arizona and the Reservations at this time of year.
