Seen your 'location' and figured for sure you would get it.
Pretty sure it was KM marker #56 heading east into BOLA.
It was up for at least 6 months, I saw it on two separate trips in 2012 or 2013.

BOLA.... it is (or was, that pic is about a year and a half old) around KM marker 56
