I can recommend a very good and reliable Arquitect who does work in Rosarito. His name is Reynaldo Ch?vez and he speaks english also.
I highly recommend him. I will pass your info to him so he may contact you.

I can give you the name of someone to avoid. A long time "friend" who did some work for us here stateside. Due to time line constraints we signed a
credit card note for supplies for one day instead of going with him to HOme Depot. He used it to buy a motorcycle and host a party at Jake's South
Bay then headed south. Last I heard he was working in Rosarito - most likely without the right papers since he thinks he's above the law. Run the
other way if Brett Andersen offers a deall too good to be true - it will be.
