The website I use to track the exchange rate lists the exchange rate at 11.06 pesos per dollar.

I belive that 11.06 is to take your pesos and buy back dollars, if you have dollars and want pesos it is 10.80, pretty close to 11,, good for us, not
for them, does help on that expensive gas.
I use pesos exclusively..............

Although my account is in dollars, I just convert and use pesos. I've seen gringos buy gas, use their calculator for the exact conversion, then not
check the conversions on their change. which is not always correct.
