Hello there, friends.

Head's up: we can't find photos or information about the pickup truck on the Facebook page linked to here.

Thanks, we're interested.

Thanks for the tip!!!!

Here are some pictures. This has been a very reliable truck, strong motor and has done everything I have ever ask of it. It is set up to do almost anything you want. Locking tool boxes, carpeted 8' bed, extended cab to seat 4, new tires, new battery, chrome push bar (as if anyone would use it to push some one else!!) Full length running boards and it still as over 12 inches of ground clearance. The truck is in La Paz full time but not imported, two years Oregon registration. Call if you have any questions.

I assume from the photos (Oregon plates) that this is a U.S. registration? Anybody know how the title transfer works on something like that sold outside the U.S.? More importantly, how is that perceived by any Mexican official who might have reason to look at the paperwork...?

Yes, fresh registration in November of 14 good for two years. The title transfer would be the same as if you were in the states. Download the paperwork from the internet, fill it out, mail it off, and wait.......for DMV to send the new title back to you. All the information (phone numbers, addresses, web addresses) is on the back of the title, but I do not know how long it takes to receive the new title.

If in the event ownership were to be questioned by your local authority, the title would show the owners name and the sellers signature transferring ownership. The truck has been in La Paz for almost three years and I have never had anyone question anything about it.

Unfortunately it has been used very sparingly because I just have not needed it. I brought another Jeep Grand Cherokee back down my last trip and now the truck is garaged. I love the truck but just don't need it any more. It has been very dependable, fires up at a touch of the key, and is a comfortable ride. If needed I would not hesitate to head for New York this morning. I know of nothing that is wrong with it.
