I tried in vain to cut and paste this contrived smoked brisket procedure from a word document I drafted the day after but to no avail. So wrote it on
BloodyDecks' site instead. Here's a link to it if you want to have a brisket that melts in your mouth that does not need any sauce (naked).

I guess you are right Lobsterman cut and paste doesn't work with the new board. I tried.
