Saw one the other day in Santee...
Watching the video brought me back to the days of riding my Flexi Flyer down Hill st. at Sunset Cliffs (60"s).
Lay down with hands on the control bars going head first...just a sled on wheels 5" off the asphalt.
Was great fun and all my friends had 'em.
Until kids started ending up under the chassis of parked cars.
Don't think I'd drive one of these in Baja and maybe not anywhere near an opposing driver.
