post the hours of operation?

I see the hours as 9AM to 2PM 7 days a week listed here... but I'm nervous about it being Sunday with no other TIP options:

If I may ask, what are you towing and what type of permit entry do you have, such as Residente Permentente, FMM (or whatever they call it now) or?
