Can a Bank Trust be paid up in the states without all the extra add on's?(ie transfer fee's, ets) I just tried through Bancomer in San Yisdro and they
said I have to go through a Bancomer in Mexico. Just trying to save a few steps (streamline). Muchas gracias amigos.....boberto

If you can use another bank for your fideicomiso
Bancomer

Not sure why but I cannot do a cut and paste. Must be a trick I don't know about. Anyway I send a check to Bancomer's San Ysidro address before Jan 1
and it is then credited to my account. I put the Fideo number on the check. Send me your email address in a u2u and I will send you a copy of the
email that I get from Bancomer that has the payment instructions on it.

bancomer usa and bancomer mexico are 2 different companies
and they treat them that way
if you pay something at bancomer usa its like paying it at any usa bank
I've had several discussions with this bank before...I was disappointed

I mail a check from B of A directly to the Fideo bank in La Paz. It takes a couple of weeks to get there but never had a problem doing it this way
for past 5 years.
BTW we use Banco Interacciones

Banorte requires that it be paid in Mexico or sent via DHL to the main office in TJ

Banco Interacciones rocks!!!

Went to a sales pitch by BIM and they were pitching very low cost for Fideicomiso, like half the going price??
They say they offer lowest price available??
WWW.bim.mx Banko Inmobililiaio Mexicano
3 Sales pitch persons all spoke good English
Just another source to look into??

Roberto, the easiest and most secure way is to DHL it to the Mexico Bank. Mail is iffy and very slow. The other way is to send it with someone
coming down here if they would be willing to deliver it to the bank.

This is all great info for me to think about and look into. Right now, changing Banks is a pain. I go to Punta Chivato and Mulege is the place for us
to go for provisions and cash. With that said, I think I'll go the DHL side. I'll check that out today.....gracias all of you!! Cheers!!

Well, I just found out it will be roughly $50 +/- to get a check to the bank in TJ. I think I'll stay here and mail the check. I don't feel like
taking a tour for most of the day!!! Again......thanks all..........boob

Robert
I do mine through the US mail and it gets credited to my account/fideocomiso. So it only costs me for a postage stamp. Send me your email address and
I will send you a copy of the email payment due reminder I get from Bancomer and the address I send it to in San Ysidro and you can check it out
yourself.
