Hit Report button every where he posts the same thing where ever it doesn't belong (since it is all a lie it doesn't belong anywhere, plus it violates Nomad rules). Mark and Olivia are having a big BBQ tomorrow at their Concepcion Bay restaurant/bar and no doubt ramuma wants to try and hurt them as he has since he began telling lies 6 or more years ago here on Nomad.

Anyone who knows anything about this fracas knows there's two sides alrighty, but only one has any truth or substance. Just shows what political corruption money can buy in Baja. If this happened in the U.S. of A. Munoz would need surgery to remove his black hand from his own mouth.... or is it the other end?

The banning apparently took place sometime after midnight last night along with the deletion of whole threads associated with the tirade. DK said he knows for sure that there is a BBQ happening there today. Presumably if there is someone there to light the fire, and anyone is in a mood to party, the black hand was blowing smoke. Stay tuned.

If you didn't know for sure there was a BBQ there today why post it. The fact that there was a pig roast SCHEDULED, as usual, tells us nothing about whether your friend was in fact arrested yesterday. That, as you might guess, would not retroactively cancel the BBQ. Your statement certainly led me to believe that you believed the Black Hand's claims were false because you knew there was a party scheduled and it wouldn't have been if your friend was in jail.

I still haven't seen anything credible coming out of that part of Baja claiming that your friend hasn't been arrested. Have you?

I tend to believe that the trolling Realtor is unbelievable especially because he is fully supported by El Inventigator. Birds of a feather...as they say.

JMHO --- but while I think Rafael was a bit over zealous in his posting, and some of the posts needed to be removed from unrelated threads, I for one am really sorry he was banned. Yes, there are lots of sides to the story and it is good to hear all of them!

Now if it was truly a big lie that Mark was arrested, well that might be different. Does anyone know for sure? But it seems that if someone speaks against certain people, even if it is true, it will not be tolerated. On the other hand, some people seem to be able to trash lots of people and their families and they are still here --- yes, much of that is in off-topic.

And bottom line is that it is Doug's board so he makes and enforces his rules as he sees them.

I am just sorry Rafael was banned and that is NOT an endorsement of either side.

Look further...one was the owner, and the other had the same last name! 22 were invited, and three declined. Doesn't tell us too much about the popularity. That's a hell of an oven they've built though.

Sure seems like someone from the Conception area would have been there and made a comment by now if it is a popular event.

My only experience with them was when I went down to clean-up after Tropical Storm Julio and ran short of diesel heading north. I talked them into selling me a couple of gallons from their generator to make sure I made it to Mulege.
