Spotted at Las Gaviotas...........anyone know the name? I'd like to add to my cacti/succulent backyard collage. I'm talking about the purple
flowering succulent/plant.

Ice plant, maybe Delosperma cooperi (Hardy Ice Plant).

FYI, Jon.......I asked the same question on your other thread because I have a yard full of it. It's beautiful for about 30--45 days per year, like
right now. The rest of the year, it doesn't flower like this.

Pappy Jon has it right, Delosperma cooperi (Ourple Ice Plant).

It's popular and can be found in residential areas. Pinch off a few tendrils and plug them in. They should thrive and before you know it, you'll
have more than you want.
