Dose anyone know what those plants are that hang from the power lines in the Ciudad Insurgentes area? That's the only place I've seen them. At first
I thought they were bird nests but, but, but.
I'm sure sometime after a few smart remarks have been made by a few the bored X-pats some that really knows will enlighten me.
