A healthy 29 year old Australian citizen who visited Mexicali for cosmetic surgery died on the operating table.

In the last year there have been twelve deaths during cosmetic surgery in Baja California. Three in Mexicali. Think twice before you go under the
knife.

Sometimes cosmetic surgery is restorative and/or repairs disfigurement.
There is more to that type of medical practice than just wanting unnecessary "enhancements".
