Last week while having lunch at Alphonsina's (SP), overheard someone saying they saw whale sharks in the bay that day. Can anyone confirm this?

We have seen and swam with the whale sharks many times. My kids have posted vids on YouTube with us swimming with them. Search whale sharks in

I think he was asking because of the time of year. Cortez side is also warm eh? San Diego ocean temps are in the mid 60s as well, which is very warm

I have seen whale sharks there a few times. Hope to see them in two weeks while I am at R Grande or Baluga. Great fun to jump in and swim with them.

Yes there are whale sharks in the area known as gonzaga in spring time. Will you see them? As I said one year yes ,another no , good luck, its like

Stayed there night before last. Didn't see any. If they were around, no doubt they were chased away by the huge crowds. Jet skis, wave runners,
power boats, wake jumpers, ripping the place apart. On top of that, the booming Noerteno music and quads, razors, dune buggies, screaming down the
beach helped to disturb the peace.

Aye, I have seen them many times, and swam with them too! I have heard they are most prevalent from August to December, but have only been there in
September and October, and have seen them every time. I generally stay a week, and don't see them every day. Water must be calm. IM me for more
info. Heading down this October to see more.
