Use to have em at Disneyland Main Street Arcade in the 70's. After a certain point you couldn't let go. Looks like this one though you could put up to

..not only those places but all over Mexico: everyone knows a "toque" is a joint... and when in trouble (cops) they are used (electrical ones that
is) to spark up the family jewels to encourage the "truth" out of some poor devil...
