To register land in a Mexican corporation costs the same as registering in a fideicomiso, less the foreign affairs permit of approximately $1,800 USD.

The cost of forming a corporation is about $1,000, plus a foreign affairs permit and there is a cost to maintain the corporation, which includes monthly tax filing.

This is all done before a Mexican Notary. It is best to go to a notary and get the details and specific costs.
