It appears that he is suggesting that such "mounts" (saddles) are a system beyond just the saddle....including the leggings, "chaps", etc. that one will see being used by the rancheros. Am I mistaken?

I too was wondering what a 'horse mount' was? Maybe that was the Google English translation the video maker used, said?

We went up to Dionisio de la Sierra this Xmas in my buggy. What a Great place !
