Yes, in la paz and not an endorsement. They have missed at least 10 appointments to install. they do both electrical security fences and alarm systems
with monitoring and communication to vigilantes and police. Though people who have the system claim to be very happy and have had no troubles. Maybe
the pre-sales team is separate from the service team? Daniel is the person in charge but he seems to have left the office, back soon!
