Any recommendations for pet friendly places in BoLa. Going there in August to see whale sharks. Ive read the online reviews but some are from last
year. Looking for one that has either A/C 24/7 or at least electricity so I can bring a fan.

The town now has 24/7 electric supply (since about 2006), wires come in from Guerrero Negro power station.
Here is one source, info about 1.5 years old: http://www.bahiadelosangeles.info/accomodations.htm
Most popular among Nomads seems to be Costa del Sol, on the main road after the gas stations, on the right. Guillermo's is on the beach in town,
perhaps worth checking?
Biggest negatives on Trip Adviser coming from the remote Hotel Los Vientos, on the road to La Gringa.

Hotel Los Corales
Orange rock hotel across from the newer pemex as you come into town on your left. Plenty of parking and OK air conditioner. I was there in August.

Mary, you will have choices and the trick is seeing which one will let a dog into the room. Most have phone or email contacts, and they are on the
page I linked above. When you get there, based on business, the ones that didn't allow dogs might... or the other way around. The issue is dog
behavior or owner behavior... keep the dog off the bed, as water is scarce and washing the comforter is not done or easily done after each guest. For
example, the beautiful Baja Cactus Motel in El Rosario (half way to Bahia de L.A. from San Diego) allows dogs if they stay on the floor... or they
used to, anyway.

Here are a few from our experience
San Quintin : Villa San Quintin has a pet friendly section
Jardines is OK with smaller dogs ( and just nice anyway )
El Rosario: Baja Cactus
GN: we had our two dogs(former GN street strays) at Don Gus
La Bocana: Blanca helped us a lot with one of our street finds "El Guapo" when we found him.
Loreto: Iguana Inn was fine for mascotas
La Paz: Casa Buena was great.
We stayed with friends at LA Bay so have no perro pointers for other places there.
