I Emailed these folks (twice to get the correct price). They're asking $110,000, which seems a bit much to me for a small lot with bodega and
trailer... but then I don't know values in Spa Buena Vista. Their photos are quite nice. Small, clean, tidy, limited distant water view, etc. Hope
