Bahia Agua Verde

Edmunda92 - 6-26-2015 at 06:38 PM

I've been reading a lot about Agua Verde on here. Just got back from there after visiting a few years ago. Was nice to see that 5 kilometers of the dirt road is done and apparently the government has already approved another 10 kilometers.

My family owns about 3000 acres along the coast between San Cosme to Agua Verde, including Agua Verde. We've owned it since the late 1800's with our great grandfather purchasing it back then.

it's an amazing place

Thanks dtbushpilot:)

Yeah, I heard the Ejido has created some issues with landowners in the area (in particular Robert Ross) as they've encroached some property. or sold property not owned by them. Not worried about them, we have deeds dating back to the late 1800's and current documentation that protects us.
I assume there will be some negotiating with them to maintain a good relationship with the neighbors in the area.
Excited to get back out there soon.

How much $$?

chuckie - 8-3-2015 at 01:22 PM

I didn't see where there was any mention of selling anything....Why are you asking about $$?

This post is under Baja Real Estate Available. Sounds like something is Se Vende.

Good job Lee... ! It is indeed in the Classified Ads forum for selling real estate. I didn't see a price, I thought it may help with the sale.

buyer beware...these land disputes are very very complicated and take a long time to resolve. I have talked to several locals there who have very differing opinions on ownership and is seems to be a dilema...which is probably why there hasnt been much development and land sales there.

My favorite all time beach area in Baja...besides Asuncion of course!;)
