What is the story with the La Salina breakwater channel and the future of the marina? All the boats are stuck.
Is the breakwater going to be changed? Are they going to dredge forever?

The story is they NEVER should have put a marina there, it's a bad location (for a marina, not so bad for a vacation house). Unless as you say they
have plans to dredge forever, which is expensive.
