Pescador is right on looking for more license money support for local regulators. His recent post about the subject prompted me to once again call our
La Ribera/Los Barriles Fonmar rep, Juan Diego Macklis and urge him to provide us with a list of license reps and their phone numbers so we can pump
more much needed revenues to those who can do something about fishing regs and abuses. This time I talked his ear off and he promised to get the list
from San Jose and bring it to my house. I'll post it if and when he shows.
