The problem with FSBO's (for sale by owners) is the seller may/may not know the prices in the area. The buyer absolutely needs to know prices --
and, before buying in any area, should be driving around looking at neighborhoods that look desirable. Look at lots in Las Brisas or La Cachora,
and the overpriced lots stand out. At $19/sq.mt., and 1/8th of an acre, this lot is way over priced. About double.
The bigger problem is this area is not desirable. Too far out, not in an established neighborhood, isolated.
Looking at this lot, a person should ask: why would someone want to live here? Just my opinion.
