Loreto/La Paz Construction Materials Costs

Anyone out there know of the current pricing for bags of cement/concrete, re-bar and block in Loreto & La Paz?

Needing prices, sizes, transport costs to up North of Loreto to Mulege.

Why don't you bye it in Mulege? they are a little bit Higher but that is the transport cost. you cant bye it and ship it here cheaper than they can.

Pepe Yee in Mulege is very competitive on all his construction material costs...and he has delivered to my jobsite. I consider him honest and a friend. Mulege has other construction material retailers also, and I would not hesitate to deal with any of them. I think you would not be too unhappy dealing with the people you are going to be living with in the years to come....it's a good way to become friends. I just had one house I own completely replumbed...it would have been probably cheaper to get a Loreto contractor I know, but then I would not have had the pleasure of watching our local guy buy a lot of stuff for his children.
