From import to export, the Sempra LNG plant

The LNG plant EXPORT conversion is discussed in the San Diego Tribune, all most done.
Haven't seen a LNG tanker there for years.
I hope the cruise ships and LNG tankers find a way to get along.
BTW, the pipeline burial route to the border is a great offroad trail ride.
