We all know you can get a 180 day stay from Tj migration on your passport card. I know it is a hassle to enter from Guatemala with a passport card, had to sit in migration for 20 hours. What about flying out of DF on your card. Get a visa in Tj and continue south from Mexico City airport? Why Those giant Mexican stamps will take up the last couple of pages in my passport to quickly. I want to make my pass port last another year, by not filling the last 3 pages with big green Mexican stamps.

Can i exit south on a passport card?

Does this help:

The U.S. Passport Card can be used to enter the United States from Canada, Mexico, the Caribbean, and Bermuda at land border crossings or sea ports-of-entry and is more convenient and less expensive than a passport book. The passport card cannot be used for international travel by air.

I wouldnīt try it. My wife has both and can only use the card at the N. borders with the USA. South over land and International they donīt work.
