Needs new panels and batteries which is part of the reason behind the unbeatable price but the Trace inverter is serviceable, no A/C or generator
currently installed but the ocean breezes and expansive outdoor living area...
Water is on the Lujan serviced pipeline. Pt. Chivato has moved beyond the old trucked in water service and the price is very reasonable compared to
the inconvenience of the old system.

There is a lot of interest in the Mulege area right now. I have multiple properties at amazingly low prices but the least expensive are generating a
lot of interest.
Bring me a lead and I will find them the the best deal available or bring new listings and I will bring the buyers.
